Our concierge services include Airbnb and vacation rental stocking (groceries, beverages, décor), itinerary planning, dining reservations, activity bookings, and onsite coordination.

Do you only plan events in Lake Geneva?

While Lake Geneva is our signature destination, we also plan and coordinate experiences throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. If you have a special location in mind, we’re happy to discuss bringing the Lake and Luxe experience to you.

What is included in your concierge services?

Our concierge services include pre-arrival stocking (groceries, liquor, and essentials), decor setup, floral arrangements, custom signage, itinerary planning, and reservations for local attractions such as boat tours, golf outings, spas, wineries, and restaurants.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time to curate the best experience possible. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

What are your package starting points?

Our packages begin at $500 for itinerary-only planning and range upward depending on customization, décor, and service level. We’ll provide a detailed quote once we understand your group’s size, preferences, and desired inclusions.

Can you help with themed decor or special requests?

Yes! Whether you’re dreaming of a champagne-themed bachelorette, a nautical birthday bash, or a cozy family dinner under the stars, our team can design and install décor to match your style. We also source local florals, signage, and tablescapes for a cohesive look.

Do you provide onsite staffing during the event?

Yes, depending on your package. For larger or more detailed events, our team can be onsite to assist with setup, coordination, and cleanup so you can simply enjoy your time.
